We’re bringing several local fitness and wellness professionals together in one place so you can stop in, meet them, ask questions, learn about what they offer, and maybe discover something new you’d like to try.
This is an OPEN HOUSE — not a scheduled workout or class. There’s no set start time and no workout required. Come and go whenever it works for you!
